Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Assistant to support their title exam team in the preparation and processing of title commitments and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist title examiners in researching public records and preparing title documents
  • Support the title department in compiling title commitments, policies, and endorsements
  • Communicate with clients and other parties to resolve title-related issues and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a support or administrative role in the real estate or title industry preferred
  • Basic knowledge of title insurance and escrow processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with title software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
