Job Summary
A company is looking for a Title Assistant to manage customer interactions and support title review processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email correspondence and document actions taken on order files
- Perform title reviews and document customer interactions in the system
- Provide exemplary customer service and adhere to performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Ability to read a title report preferred
- Beginning to intermediate computer skills with MS Office Suite
- 3-5 years of title knowledge/Default experience is a plus
