Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Assistant to manage customer interactions and support title review processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage email correspondence and document actions taken on order files
  • Perform title reviews and document customer interactions in the system
  • Provide exemplary customer service and adhere to performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Ability to read a title report preferred
  • Beginning to intermediate computer skills with MS Office Suite
  • 3-5 years of title knowledge/Default experience is a plus
