Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Coordinator for remote work in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process, including monitoring workflow and validating data accuracy
  • Develop relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders while proactively communicating file status
  • Manage vendor performance and facilitate onboarding, implementing best practices and corrective actions as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of related experience in Project Management, Account Management, and Vendor Network Management
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
