Title Curative Manager

Job Summary

To support efficient team operations and client satisfaction, the remote Title Curative Manager will evaluate client activity reports, manage multiple service teams, and facilitate employee training while maintaining high performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily Work in Progress reports to ensure task completion
• Manage daily functions of service teams and enforce adherence to client time requirements
• Conduct staff meetings and maintain open communication with team members, clients, and vendors

Required qualifications

• Prior experience as a Title Curative Team Leader or up to 3 years in real estate, banking, or vendor management
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of real estate title, closing, and underwriting processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with personal computers and Microsoft software products
