Title Curative Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Curative Specialist to review titles and resolve complex title issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with clients, counsel, title companies, and closing attorneys
• Research and resolve outstanding liens, judgments, taxes, and other title issues
• Generate title reports and ensure timely completion of all curative tasks

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of state-by-state curative processes and their impact on closings
• Minimum three (3) years of title curative experience
• REO, Foreclosure, and Bankruptcy review and curative experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred
• Ability to make complex decisions within company guidelines
