Title Curative Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Curative Specialist responsible for resolving title-related issues and ensuring the successful issuance of title policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison to review title documentation and resolve curative issues
• Collaborate with underwriting and external partners to ensure compliance and clear title issues
• Prepare and quality-control title commitments and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5+ years of title, mortgage, or curative experience preferred
• 2+ years of curative, REO, foreclosure, or purchase title experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
