Title Curative Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Curative Specialist to manage title review and resolve complex title issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with all parties involved in the curative effort
• Research and resolve outstanding liens, judgments, taxes, and other title issues
• Coordinate with clients and attorneys to prepare necessary documents and escalate title issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of state-by-state curative processes and their impact on the closing process
• Minimum three (3) years of title curative experience
• REO, Foreclosure, and Bankruptcy review and curative experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred
• Ability to make complex and time-sensitive decisions within company guidelines
