Title Curative Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Curative Specialist to evaluate and resolve title issues based on underwriting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate title searches and resolve discrepancies based on underwriting standards
• Determine and implement solutions for clearing title issues
• Coordinate with underwriting counsel and manage clearance documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Baccalaureate degree preferred
• 5+ years of curative experience in the title industry
• Commercial and Purchase experience preferred
• Ability to make well-reasoned risk decisions
• Experience utilizing ResWare or similar title software preferred
