Title Curative Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Curative Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and track title curative matters within the firm's tracking system and client databases
• Order and review documentation related to title cures, including Title Policies and Deeds of Trust
• Conduct research and interact with attorneys to resolve title curative matters

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreclosure or mortgage servicing operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Access
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the foreclosure process
