Title Curative Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the REO Title Curative Specialist will review title commitments, resolve curative issues, and maintain client files while ensuring compliance with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily reports to complete all assigned client tasks and provide updates
• Resolve curative issues such as prior mortgages, judgments, and liens in a timely manner
• Ensure all title commitment items are accounted for, including payoffs, taxes, and HOA updates

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Practical work experience within the real estate industry examining and curing title issues
• Proficient knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and the curative process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft software and Excel (V Look Ups and Reports)
