Job Summary

Self-motivated and results-driven, the part-time Title Curative Specialist will review title commitments, address client inquiries, and ensure timely completion of assigned duties while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion of assigned tasks
• Address inquiries from clients, agents, and internal staff professionally and promptly
• Process orders in accordance with client requirements while maintaining quality standards

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Practical work experience within the real estate industry
• Proven customer service skills
• Proficiency with personal computers
