Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform title examination and analyze chain of title for residential properties
• Resolve issues in title documentation and prepare initial title commitment documentation
• Provide underwriting interpretation within established guidelines and review reports for accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of directly related title exam experience
• State license(s) if required
• Proficient with company operating systems
• Knowledge of legal terms helpful
