Job Summary
A company is looking for a Title Examiner.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine title reports for mortgage foreclosure transactions
- Identify necessary defendants and parties for judicial and non-judicial foreclosure actions
- Utilize online tools for tax and title searches and to plot legal descriptions
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of title examination experience, preferably in mortgage foreclosure
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and PDF applications
- Experience performing paperless title examinations
- Multi-state examination experience is preferred
