Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Review plat maps and legal documents to identify encumbrances or inconsistencies
Prepare title commitments summarizing findings and resolve title defects
Complete all required work functions in a timely manner, including task updates and follow-ups

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in title examination
Experience in REO, foreclosure, and bankruptcy processes
Strong knowledge of state-by-state title and underwriter exam guidelines
National exam experience is required
Title Exam certification is a plus but not mandatory
