Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner to provide nationwide title services and support real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to determine title liabilities and legal conditions
• Prepares accurate title commitments in accordance with examining and policy procedures
• Performs support functions to assist in departmental processes and follows defined procedures for daily tasks

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
• Commercial Title Experience is a plus
