Job Summary
Supporting real estate transactions, the full-time Title Examiner will examine public records and titles to determine the legal condition of property titles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to assess liabilities and the legal condition of property titles
- Prepares accurate title commitments in accordance with company procedures
- Performs various support functions to assist in departmental processes
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of related work experience
- Familiarity with public records and title examination processes
