Title Examiner

Job Summary

Supporting real estate transactions, the full-time Title Examiner will examine public records and titles to determine the legal condition of property titles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to assess liabilities and the legal condition of property titles
• Prepares accurate title commitments in accordance with company procedures
• Performs various support functions to assist in departmental processes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Familiarity with public records and title examination processes
