Title Examiner II

Job Summary

Supporting real estate transactions, the full-time Title Examiner II will search public records and examine titles to determine the legal condition of property titles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to assess liabilities and the insurability of property titles
• Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company procedures
• Communicates moderately complex information within the team and manages own workload under general supervision

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
