Title Examiner II

Job Summary

Supporting real estate transactions, the full-time Title Examiner II will examine public records and titles to determine the legal condition of property titles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to assess liabilities and the insurability of properties
• Prepares accurate title commitments in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Communicates moderately complex information and manages workload under general supervision

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
• Familiarity with title examination processes and public records
• Ability to follow standard procedures and guidelines
• Understanding of team dynamics and integration with related teams
