Job Summary
Providing nationwide title services, the full-time Title Examiner II will support real estate transactions by searching public records and examining titles to determine the legal condition of property titles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to assess liabilities and the legal condition of titles
- Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company procedures
- Communicates moderately complex information within the team and manages own workload under general supervision
