Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review closing statements and coordinate all phases of loan closing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and other parties involved in the closing process
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while resolving challenges during the closing process

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of industry experience
• Knowledge of RamQuest Closing operations system preferred
• High-level of ethical conduct when handling sensitive financial and legal information
• Ability to read and interpret various legal documents and calculate financial figures
