Job Summary

A company is looking for a Land Due Diligence - Title Insurance Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret title commitments and policies to ensure accurate coverage
• Coordinate with title insurers to secure necessary endorsements and resolve exceptions
• Manage curative actions and collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in title insurance, title underwriting, or real estate law
• Knowledge of title insurance requirements in New Mexico and Oklahoma is a plus
• Strong understanding of ALTA policies, endorsements, and legal descriptions
• Familiarity with landowner agreements and how they interact with title coverage
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for managing documentation and reporting
