Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equal Opportunity & Title IX Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Title IX and antidiscrimination efforts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies
  • Manage the complaint procedure, including accepting complaints and overseeing investigations
  • Provide ongoing training and develop educational materials on nondiscrimination and sexual misconduct policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or Juris Doctorate preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in complaint resolution, higher education administration, or EEO compliance
  • Experience in conducting Title IX or workplace investigations
  • Strong understanding of federal and state EO laws and regulations
  • Ability to assess legal issues and synthesize information for reporting purposes
