A company is looking for a Title Manager to lead their title clearance team and ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the title clearance team by providing direction, feedback, and support for efficient operations
• Manage workload by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and balancing resources to meet deadlines and goals
• Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant proficiency
• At least 10 years of experience in a title leadership role
• Experience in title insurance and lending services is preferred
