Job Summary
Leading the title clearance team, the full-time Title Manager will provide direction and support for efficient operations while managing workloads and promoting team development in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direction, feedback, and support to the title clearance team for efficient operations
- Manage workload by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and balancing resources to meet deadlines
- Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance and timely delivery while acting as the primary escalation contact for issue resolution
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant proficiency
- At least 10 years of experience in a title leadership role
- Experience in title insurance and lending services is preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CSC, NETRO, and corporate document review
