Title Operations Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive, Title & Closing Operations in Home Equity & Originations Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate reports to ensure efficient team operations and client satisfaction
• Manage daily functions of multiple service teams and enforce adherence to client time requirements
• Conduct staff meetings and maintain communication with team members, clients, and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Title/Closing Operations Team Leader or up to 3 years in real estate, banking, or vendor management
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of real estate title, closing, and underwriting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft software products
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
