Title Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of 6-10 closers and escrow officers, the full-time Title & Escrow Operations Manager will oversee the closing process from contract to disbursement, ensuring compliance and performance metrics are met while fostering a supportive team culture in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage team members through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews
• Own team KPIs and monitor pipeline health while serving as the senior escalation point for compliance issues
• Identify workflow friction and collaborate with Operations and Product teams to improve processes and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in title, escrow, settlement, or closing with 2+ years in a management role
• Hands-on experience across the full closing lifecycle from title to disbursement
• Strong knowledge of Federal and multi-state compliance regulations (RESPA, TRID, CFPB, BSA/AML)
• Proficiency in Qualia
• Experience in a fast-moving, remote, multi-state environment
