Job Summary
Supporting real estate transactions, the full-time Title Processing Support Specialist will perform centralized clerical processing of documents and assist in departmental processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Performs clerical processing of documents to ensure accurate and timely title production
- Communicates information and instructions to branch offices with limited customer interaction
- Follows defined procedures to complete daily tasks and resolves straightforward problems
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of related work experience
- Basic communication skills for addressing internal and external clients
