Title Production Manager

Job Summary

Leading a multi-state team, the full-time Title Production Manager will manage daily operations, set priorities, and ensure compliance with service metrics while providing coaching and support to Title Searchers and Examiners.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support to a team of Title Searchers and Examiners across multiple states
• Establish team priorities to achieve high-quality results and manage daily processes for operational efficiency
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts while resolving escalated issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience required
• 3+ years of business management experience in the closing/title/real estate industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn new technical applications
• Must be available during core business hours with flexibility for extended hours as needed
