Title Review Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Review Specialist to perform title review functions for real property ownership transfers.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine titles for issues that may affect property ownership transfer
• Articulate title issues requiring attorney review and determine necessary curative actions
• Update internal case management systems and communicate curative measures to relevant teams

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in title review/clearance required
• Experience in foreclosure or default mortgage servicing preferred
• Strong knowledge of title evaluation and understanding of various title issues
• Familiarity with case and document management software preferred
