Job Summary
Coordinating the assignment and processing of title searches for the Mid-Atlantic region, the full-time hourly Title Services Advisor will ensure timely delivery of high-quality search products to agents while serving as a key point of contact for proactive communication and issue resolution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform basic title examination and quality review of search products to identify inconsistencies and potential issues
- Process and track title search orders from intake through completion, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service-level expectations
- Serve as a primary liaison between agents, vendors, and internal teams, providing timely updates and resolving service or billing issues
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a title company, law firm, or related field
- Experience with title examination, title search review, or related analytical work preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret title documents
- Demonstrated ability to manage order processing workflows in a high-volume environment
- Working knowledge of legal descriptions, encumbrances, and title policy structure
