Title Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Specialist for a temporary contract position that is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review abstracts and identify title issues needing resolution
• Coordinate with team members and external parties to obtain necessary documentation for title clearance
• Prepare title clearance affidavits and generate final title policies for distribution

Required Qualifications

• Experience in title, mortgage underwriting, law/legal, or real estate
• Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time business hours
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
• Experience in customer service roles
