Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor the assigned title vendor pipeline for production
• Manage assigned loan pipeline to ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Act as the main point of contact for title vendor requests and resolve outstanding issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience in title management or related field
• Knowledge of closing processes and vendor management
• Ability to assess vendor performance against metrics
• Familiarity with Encompass or similar software
• Experience in managing pipelines and follow-ups
