Title Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately identify and analyze vehicle title and ownership documents
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Process vehicle titles in accordance with state guidelines and handle title issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma
• Two years of customer service experience
• One year of vehicle title processing experience
• Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite) and typing speed of 45 words per minute
• Basic 10 Key proficiency and organizational skills
