Job Summary

Ensuring timely registration and title work for customers completing auto refinance or purchase loans, the full-time remote Titles Success Representative will manage client communications, handle escalated matters, and provide exceptional service through various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients and lenders regarding title and registration processes
• Handle escalated inquiries and ensure resolution while documenting all interactions accurately
• Provide a world-class customer experience by responding to auto finance inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred one year of motor vehicle titling experience, with knowledge of all 50 states being a plus
• Experience in a leadership role within an operations environment is preferred
• Ability to interpret DMV statutes, policies, and procedures related to motor vehicle titling
• Formal de-escalation training is a plus
