Key Responsibilities

• Review and decision vehicle documentation for approval of secured personal loans
• Check for accuracy in customer-provided documentation and ensure compliance with standards
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable lending regulations and report on the status of documentation issues

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
• Multiple years of auto finance experience
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft 365
• General knowledge of captive automobile finance
• Bi-lingual (preferred)
