Job Summary

A company is looking for a TMF Manager responsible for overseeing the Trial Master File across clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight and ensure inspection readiness of the TMF across all studies
Lead TMF quality and completeness reviews, identifying and escalating issues as necessary
Act as a subject matter expert for TMF/eTMF processes and support cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of TMF experience in clinical trial settings
Strong knowledge of GCP, GDP, and ICH E6(R2) guidelines
Proficiency in eTMF systems and Microsoft Office tools
Experience in clinical trial documentation and associated processes
