Job Summary
Serving as a liaison between Records Management and user departments, the full-time remote TMF Quality Project Manager will ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements while managing project timelines and facilitating the transfer and retention of project-related records across multiple projects and teams.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure project timelines are met and facilitate the orderly transfer, imaging, scanning, retention, and disposition of project-related records
- Coordinate the retrieval of records and prepare closed studies for transfer to final destinations within agreed timelines
- Train team members on records management tasks and maintain records center security to protect record integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Records Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum of four years of experience in a records management environment, with a preference for Trial Master File experience
- Strong knowledge of research and regulatory requirements, including ICH and GCP
- Working knowledge of technology applications relevant to records management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within defined timelines
