Job Summary

A company is looking for a TMS Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support the McLeod Software platform, including LoadMaster and/or PowerBroker
  • Manage order lifecycle processes, including dispatch, tracking, invoicing, and driver/carrier settlement
  • Develop reporting and dashboards using McLeod tools, SQL, or BI platforms
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS)
  • Experience with core transportation workflows such as order entry, dispatch, and invoicing
  • Experience in troubleshooting system issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of transportation operations and experience with EDI/API integrations
