Job Summary

A company is looking for a TMS Support Specialist (Freight brokerage support).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding support to existing clients via phone and help desk software
  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer-submitted tickets and assist clients with system functionality
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and Product Team to ensure customer needs are met
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Freight Brokering, Trucking, or Logistics is a must
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with supporting SaaS Transportation Management (TMS) platforms
  • Willingness to participate in after-hours On-Call Rotation for critical system issues
