Job Summary
A company is looking for a TMS Support Specialist (Freight brokerage support).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to existing clients via phone and help desk software
- Respond quickly and accurately to customer-submitted tickets and assist clients with system functionality
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and Product Team to ensure customer needs are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Freight Brokering, Trucking, or Logistics is a must
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with supporting SaaS Transportation Management (TMS) platforms
- Willingness to participate in after-hours On-Call Rotation for critical system issues
