Job Summary
To support complex acute care hospital operations, the full-time salaried TN Licensed Finance Manager will manage the end-to-end general ledger close process, drive accounting process improvements, and collaborate with hospital leadership in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger close process for designated sites, ensuring timely completion and accurate post-close analysis
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization across the organization
- Perform P&L and balance sheet analysis, providing variance explanations and insights to hospital leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 7+ years of progressive healthcare finance/accounting experience, with recent hospital-based accounting leadership experience
- Experience with complex, multi-facility healthcare systems or large hospital operations
- Proven ability to partner with hospital leadership to enhance financial performance
- Expertise in P&L and balance sheet analysis, along with familiarity with Oracle and financial reporting tools
