Toast POS Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Toast POS Specialist for a remote contract role, who will process franchise menu requests, maintain POS information and pricing, and collaborate with various departments to ensure timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Process incoming POS Menu requests, creating and updating items and modifiers as needed
• Maintain POS information, including pricing and discounts, ensuring timely completion of changes
• Assist in the mapping of new online menu items to Toast POS and act as an escalation point for help desk tickets

Required qualifications:

• Experience with Toast POS menu configuration preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong technical aptitude and organizational skills
