Job Summary

A company is looking for a Token Plan Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer token plans, including day-to-day operations of token option plans and other incentive plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare financial and regulatory reports
• Oversee the granting of token awards and maintain accurate records of equity grants and vesting schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in stock plan administration or a related role
• Strong understanding of equity compensation plans and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
• Flexibility and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities as needed
