Tolling Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting tolling program oversight, the full-time Tolling Operations Specialist will work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, collaborating with customers, toll agencies, and internal teams to identify and resolve operational challenges while focusing on data analysis and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain scalable workflows to enhance process automation and assist with operational activities
• Perform data analysis and document findings to support business decisions and process improvements
• Serve as a subject matter expert on tolling systems, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolutions with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with Power BI reporting and basic SQL proficiency
• Strong problem-solving and investigative skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work independently with minimal supervision
