Job Summary
Supporting the Tooling Operations team, the full-time remote Tooling Operations Administrator will manage the administration, operational support, and maintenance of enterprise platforms, with a focus on Redwood RunMyJobs and batch processing.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues across enterprise platforms and provide expertise in Redwood RunMyJobs
- Administer day-to-day operations, monitor platform health, and coordinate recovery activities for enterprise batch processing
- Maintain technical documentation and track incidents, batch failures, and operational trends
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Redwood RunMyJobs and enterprise batch processing
- Experience administering and supporting business-critical enterprise technology platforms
- Knowledge of batch scheduling, job chains, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Working knowledge of Windows/Linux, databases, APIs, and enterprise integrations
