Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tooling Program Manager to own and scale their internal automation and AI tooling portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the quarterly roadmap for AI and automation tooling, focusing on efficiency outcomes
• Translate operational problems into scalable, systems-level solutions and drive end-to-end delivery of multiple initiatives
• Navigate cross-functional dynamics and proactively resolve any misalignment or friction

Required Qualifications

• Experience in technical portfolio thinking and designing systems-level solutions
• Strong execution discipline with a proven model for project execution from discovery to delivery
• Ability to influence stakeholders and resolve cross-functional challenges effectively
• Motivated to grow into a people management role with experience in mentoring others
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation and operational workflows is a plus
