Tooling Project Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tooling Project Engineer to manage and execute tooling development projects focused on injection molding and custom manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tooling projects for injection molding and other manufacturing technologies
• Review and validate tool designs for manufacturability and cost-efficiency
• Liaise with suppliers and tooling vendors to communicate project specifications, timelines, and deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in tooling engineering or project engineering, preferably in injection molding or high-volume production
• Strong understanding of tooling design, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with domestic and international suppliers
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
