Tools and Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Tools and Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and management of outreach tools, ensuring functionality and accessibility
• Manage various programs and projects related to tools, including voter registration and canvass coordination
• Coordinate trainings on tools and processes for staff and partners while supporting complex data needs

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Blocks, DDx, VAN, and other movement tools
• Strong ability to articulate problems and simplify complex concepts for non-technical users
• Experience as a member of a data team through at least one cycle using various data tools
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines
• Experience in a support role assisting multiple stakeholders on various issues
