Job Summary

To support mission-critical applications, the remote Senior AWS Engineer specializing in Graph/Cloud technologies will design and build cloud-native applications using graph databases, collaborating with AWS architects and customer stakeholders to create scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build applications backed by graph databases (Amazon Neptune, Neo4j, JanusGraph) for relationship-rich mission data
• Model complex entities and relationships, tuning graph schemas and indexes for optimal query performance
• Develop and integrate APIs and microservices that expose graph-backed data to consumers

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance or in the process of obtaining one
• Five (5) or more years of professional software engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience developing applications on graph databases (Neptune, Neo4j, or comparable)
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands-on AWS experience with EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, and IAM
