Job Summary
Providing advanced endpoint and device-lifecycle engineering support, the full-time Top Secret Cloud Service Desk Representative will focus on escalated service-desk engineering, endpoint enrollment, provisioning, and asset management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage escalated service-desk engineering tasks and support for endpoint solutions
- Oversee device enrollment, provisioning, reassignment, and decommissioning processes
- Maintain asset inventory and ensure compliance with security governance and change control processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, or Cybersecurity
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise engineering functions beyond traditional help desk support
- Hands-on experience with device lifecycle management and escalated endpoint support
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred
- Active Top Secret clearance required
