Job Summary

Providing advanced endpoint and device-lifecycle engineering support, the full-time Top Secret Cloud Service Desk Representative will focus on escalated service-desk engineering, endpoint enrollment, provisioning, and asset management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage escalated service-desk engineering tasks and support for endpoint solutions
  • Oversee device enrollment, provisioning, reassignment, and decommissioning processes
  • Maintain asset inventory and ensure compliance with security governance and change control processes
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, or Cybersecurity
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise engineering functions beyond traditional help desk support
  • Hands-on experience with device lifecycle management and escalated endpoint support
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred
  • Active Top Secret clearance required
