Job Summary

Leading all facility-related responsibilities and security operations, the full-time salaried Top Secret Facility Security Officer will oversee compliance, manage personnel clearances, and ensure the safety of facilities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee facility management, leasing agreements, and compliance across company locations
• Maintain and manage personnel security clearances and facilitate classified meetings
• Design and implement physical security measures and conduct regular security assessments

Required qualifications

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with willingness to obtain SCI clearance
• Experience in aerospace and/or defense industries
• Strong understanding of facility management principles
• Knowledge of government security regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
